* Check whether all fastening screws are loose.
* Check whether any abnormal noises caused during the operation of each component.
* Check the sealing of the equipment and whether all parameters meet the standard values.
Equipment's maintenance cycle and maintaining items?
* Maintenance cycle: Orcella's automated storage equipment is fully enclosed operating, a regular maintenance should be carried out every 6 months or after 10,000 times of access (storage & retrieval).
* Maintenance items: cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, fastening, and anti-corrosion. Please maintain the equipment according to the maintenance cycle and inspection items strictly.

Will sample be dropping off from suction head during access (storage/ retrieval) process?
* No it won't.
* Only when suction head's vacuum negative pressure reaches to 50-80Kpa the sample can be sucked up. Otherwise the suction head won't work and sample keeps its position.When suction head works, during access process, the sample won't be dropping off.
Solutions to sample's dropping off during access? Will data be lost or cause chaoss?
* A fixed negative pressure value has been set at the vacuum negative pressure suction head, if the suction position is off center, the suction head will not be able to suck sample up and the machine will alarm.
* Just recalibrate the position and sample can be picked up, Once the sample is sucked up, it will not fall off or get lost halfway nor data chaos.
